Immerse yourself in an authentic gourmet interlude just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower. In the 15ᵉ arrondissement, Parisian pastry chef Sophie welcomes you to a workshop designed as animmersion in the French art of living. Passionate and pedagogical, she teaches you step by step the secrets of macarons, while sharing with you her vision of pastry and Parisian culture.

Course of the workshop (3h) :

• Welcome to Sophie's warm kitchen, introduction to the recipe and presentation of ingredients.
• Creation of macaron shells: meringue techniques, poaching, baking and assembly.
• Preparation of fillings and assembly of macaroons , with Sophie's expert advice.
• A convivial tasting of the creations over coffee or tea, punctuated by discussions on French culinary culture.

During this workshop, the chef will share his knowledge with you and guide you step by step through the creation of these sumptuous macaroons.
