Enter the gourmet world of Sophie, a certified pastry chef, who welcomes you to her home in the 15ᵉ arrondissement for a convivial workshop around macarons. In a warm and intimate atmosphere, she enthusiastically shares her tips and know-how so you can master this emblematic pastry at home.
Course of the workshop (2h30) :
- Welcome to Sophie's kitchen, set up the work surface and present the ingredients.
- Complete production of macaroon shells : mix preparation, poaching, baking and assembly.
- Learn about fillings and techniques for tasty, well-balanced macaroons that are easy to reproduce at home.
- Convivial tasting of creations accompanied by a hot or cold drink. Each participant leaves with his or her own macaroons.
During this workshop, the chef will share his knowledge with you and guide you step-by-step in the creation of these sumptuous macaroons.
