Discover patisserie as you've never seen it before! In a friendly, creative atmosphere, let us guide you through the making of a seasonal entremets, combining technique, flavor and aesthetics. Every detail counts, from the choice of ingredients to the final decoration, for a result as beautiful as it is delicious.

Workshop schedule (4h) :

• Preparing the base: Learn how to make a fluffy, airy sponge cake, perfect for your entremets. Discover tips for a light, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
• Scented cream: Depending on the season, prepare a subtle, creamy vanilla, coconut or fruity cream that will bring balance and indulgence to your dessert.
• Fruit cutting and assembly: Learn how to select and cut fresh fruit to enhance your dessert. Assembly is a key stage, where every gesture counts for an elegant, harmonious result.
• Decoration: Give free rein to your creativity by decorating your dessert with a piping bag, fresh fruit and edible flowers. Each creation becomes a gourmet work of art.

At the end of the workshop, you'll leave proud of your handmade entremets for six, ready to enjoy or offer as a gift. A moment of pleasure, sharing and indulgence to be savored without moderation.
