Workshop schedule (2h):

• Welcome participants: Settle into the workshop and discover the ingredients, equipment and secrets that will make all the difference in your tarts.
• Sweet pastry preparation: Learn how to make homemade sweet pastry, the perfect base for all your creations. We'll give you all the tips you need to obtain a delicate, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
• Creating the cream or ganache: For lemon tarts, prepare a sweet and tangy organic cream. For chocolate-caramel tarts, create an intense dark chocolate ganache accompanied by a smooth, gourmet homemade salted butter caramel.
• Finishing techniques: Tame the Swiss meringue to sublimate your lemon tarts, or apply caramel with elegance to your chocolate-caramel tarts. Every detail counts for a result worthy of a patisserie.
• Finishing and tasting: Assemble your creations, add the finishing touches and leave with your tartelettes, ready to be eaten or given as gifts.

At the end of the workshop, you'll master the secrets of lemon meringue and chocolate-caramel tarts, and leave with your own delicious creations, the fruit of your skill and creativity.
