If you want to find out how to make cheese, this workshop is for you! Louise & Jérémy welcome you to their farm in Ariège to discover all the secrets of making farmhouse ewe's milk cheese.
Workshop schedule (3h) :
- Visit the farm
- See how ewes are milked (you can take part)
- Production of your own cheese under the guidance of Louise & Jérémy, who will guide you through all the stages of cheese-making, from milking to molding, turning, salting, etc., all the way to the cheese dairy.
- Each participant will leave with his or her own farmhouse cheese, which can be enjoyed with a nice piece of bread!

Very good experience, the couple is very welcoming, they're not stingy with explanations! It's great to be able to follow the whole cheese-making process 👍 (from the sheep's living quarters to milking and cheese-making). A great experience!
