Everything was top-notch. Very friendly chef and assistant. Very clear explanations, we left with a bag, our foie gras in a verrine, a thermometer and a recipe. We took a trip to the store, where the produce was fresh and very tasty (apples, black pudding and the pâté en croute triangle, a real treat). We had a great time. Spacious, pleasant room. Tasting of apples and pan-fried foie gras. Really inexpensive.
