Our partner welcomes you to a 3-hour workshop on southern cuisine in Montpellier. Under the supervision of a chef, you'll have the opportunity to discover culinary secrets and techniques as you prepare authentic, delicious recipes.

Course of the workshop (3h) :

• Welcome by a professional chef who will explain the workshop.
• Presentation of the traditional dishes to be prepared: anchoïade and gardiane de taureau.
• Prepare the ingredients, then cook with the chef, who will guide you throughout the workshop. You'll discover the secrets of traditional seasonings, marinades and cooking methods for authentic dishes.
• You can enjoy your creations on site in a cosy, convivial setting, or take them home with you.
