In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make the classic galette des rois from start to finish: preparing the dough, making the frangipane, assembling, decorating, and baking.
Pastry Class Schedule (3 hours):
- Make a quick puff pastry
- Make pastry cream
- Make frangipane
- Assemble and cut the galette
- Each participant takes home their galette to enjoy at home.
- You’ll receive the recipe sheet for the dish made during the workshop via email so you can recreate it at home.
The workshop takes place in a friendly atmosphere and is open to everyone, from beginners to experienced enthusiasts.
