Guided by Alexis, your mission will be to create a unique gin of your own, using distillates and macerates. You'll be able to choose from a wide range of ingredients, from citrus fruits to spices and flowers.

Course of the initiation (3h) :

• Tour of the microdistillery and presentation of the equipment, including the still, as well as an introduction to the history of gin and its various production methods.
• Discover the main distillates and macerates used to make gin: citrus, spices, flowers and aromatic plants.
• Accompanied by Alexis, experiment with blends, adjust dosages and test your mixtures to create a gin that's uniquely yours.
• Discover the concept of aromas with the aroma game.
• Taste your creations and share your experiences.

It's up to you to test different blends to find the perfect formula!
