A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi and passionate about pastry-making, Déborah invites you to take part in a special Christmas workshop to create delicious pastries and delicacies that will delight your guests.
Bûche (2h30 to 3h): the chef will teach you how to make your own bûche, either rolled or as a entremet - the choice is yours! Cookies, creams, mousses, fairytale glazes and festive decorations: this emblematic Christmas dessert will hold no secrets for you!
Christmas Chocolates (2h30) : immerse yourself in the magic of chocolate, using the Chef's techniques to create 3 varieties of chocolates worthy of your favorite chocolate shops - chocolate bonbons filled with ganache, dried fruit mendiants, milk chocolate praline rochers.
Christmas tea time workshops (3h): learn to make an assortment of small cakes with Christmas flavors: chocolate spritz , cranberry and white chocolate cookies, pannetone-style brioches, gingerbread.
Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without sweet treats!
