A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi with a passion for pastry, Déborah invites you to take part in a gourmet workshop, realise a generous, gourmet brunch from preparation to tasting, in her workshop in the 17th arrondissement.

Workshop schedule (3h30) :

Briefing on the program for your workshop and the various steps you'll be carrying out.
On the menu:
- Mini buns and toppings for cute charcuterie, smoked trout or veggie buns
- Homemade granola
- Homemade scones
- Pancakes
- Scrambled eggs
At the end of the workshop, you'll taste your creations, accompanied by a selection of hot and cold drinks.

You'll master all the recipes you need to treat the whole family at your next Sunday brunch!
