A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi and passionate about pastry, Déborah welcomes your child to her studio in the 17th arrondissement for a madeleines and tiger financiers workshop.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Briefing on the workshop program and the various steps involved
• Creation of delicious, delicately tangy madeleines and gourmet almond financiers, with a runny chocolate heart.
• Children leave with their creations to enjoy at home

These little cakes will delight young and old alike.
