A graduate of the Ecole Ferrandi with a passion for pastry, Déborah invites you to take part in a gourmet workshop, creating an original éclair in the style of a lemon meringue tart in her workshop in the 8th arrondissement.

Course of the workshop (3h) :

• Briefing on the program of your workshop and the different steps you'll be carrying out
• Production of the choux pastry, poaching and baking
• Making the lemon cream
• Assembling your cake
• You leave with your creation to enjoy at home
