Discover coffee in a different way with Patrick, a passionate craftsman, in his beautiful workshop. A sensory and educational journey to explore the world of coffee, from seed to cup!

Course of the workshop (1h30):

• Discover the differences between terroirs and bean types
• Extraction methods: espresso, slow coffee and other techniques, with explanations of the particularities of each.
• Identify aromatic profiles, from fruity to woody, and understand the impact of terroir and roasting.
• Prepare your coffee at home: grinding, temperature, water, precise gestures for a perfect cup.
• Leave with 250g of coffee and all the right reflexes to prolong the experience at home, cup after cup.
