Introductory modeling workshop in Clichy (92)

Activity description :

1. 3 hours
2. Up to 6 people
3. From 6 years old

Kathleen opens the doors of her workshop for an introduction to ceramic modeling in Clichy! In a friendly atmosphere, she accompanies you throughout the workshop to help you discover an artisanal technique accessible to all. It's a creative interlude in which everyone leaves with their own creation, shaped and decorated by hand.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Welcome and introduction to the world of ceramics: Kathleen explains the main stages in making a piece (shaping, drying, firing, decorating...).
• Discovery of modelingtechniques , including slab or colombin, according to the day's theme (mug, vase, pitcher, Christmas decoration, etc.).
• Create your own ceramic piece, guided every step of the way by Kathleen.
• An hour is then devoted to decorating: engraving, adding motifs or elements, textures... everyone can personalize their creation.
• Kathleen will then take care of glazing and firing. You'll be able to pick up your piece about 4 weeks later.

An intimate workshop in a small group for personalized attention, ideal for a gentle introduction to modeling and a relaxing moment out of time.
