Marion welcomes you to her workshop to help you discover the art of leatherwork through a 100% DIY workshop, during which you'll make a Léa shopping bag (size: H 15 cm x W 26 cm x D 12 cm) that can be worn by hand or on the wrist. The bag's minimalist styling and supple lines make it a perfect everyday companion, both chic and casual.

There's plenty of room for personalization, so you can create a bag to suit your image!

Workshop schedule (4h-5h) :

• Presentation of the workspace and discussion about handcrafted leather goods, the types of leather used and your desires.
• You'll choose your colors and finishes: straps, accessories, decoration... from a fine selection of full grain, rectified grain or crust leathers.
• You will then discover the pattern of the Léa model, which will serve as a guide throughout the making of your bag.
• You'll continue with hand-cutting, using traditional tools such as cookie-cutters, before tracing the assembly marks. You'll learn the essential gestures of leatherwork: marking, piercing, preparing seams...
• Then you'll assemble the bag: hand stitching, riveting, handles and accessories. To complete your creation, you'll add a small personalized leather detail.
• Each participant will leave with his or her own personalized Léa bag.
• The workshop includes a gourmet break.
