Course outline (2h):
- With the chef's guidance, you'll create magnificent macaroons and work together or in pairs on 2 types of filling.
- You'll learn to master a number of culinary techniques, including the use of a pastry bag, macaronage and croutage...
- At the end of the workshop, you'll go home with your own little cakes to enjoy at home.
