Come and discover the art of mixology alongside Baptiste and his team of passionate professionals. Learn more in a moment of discovery, creation and sharing.
Course of the workshop (2h):
- Introduction and tasting: you'll learn all about the manufacture of spirits and their use in cocktails. You'll also have the opportunity to taste a spirit and analyze its flavors.
- Cocktail creation: personalized coaching, handling of professional equipment and creation of 4 original recipes using some 30 exceptional ingredients.
- Cocktail presentation and tasting: you present your recipe to the other participants and taste the cocktails together.
- The workshop ends with the discovery of a rare and secret spirit.
The mixology workshop is ideal for friends or lovers! It's also an excellent gift idea for someone who loves discovering new things, but above all loves an aperitif!

I was disappointed with the workshop. The bartender left us on our own for half the time. I would have preferred him to give us recipes and explain cocktails better.

Nice workshop, but nothing more. The venue is quite small and you have to stand for the whole workshop. The instructor is great, but I'd have liked to have more choice in the software.

We had a great time, learned a lot and our "mixology teacher" was excellent! On the other hand, with 17 people in a space of around 20 m2, it really felt cramped. We would also have appreciated being able to create our own coctails "amongst ourselves" - being "in a team" with the other participants represents a certain risk of group coherence ;) A question of profitability? A word of advice: eat a little beforehand! We'll enjoy!)

Two-part workshop: spirits tasting and cocktail workshop. The first part was far too long (1h15), given that most people come for the second part... the latter is not very guided, which is a pity, but does allow you to design several cocktails. The presenter is certainly passionate, but can be condescending to participants.

Hello, Very interesting and friendly workshop. The only downside was that I wasn't informed of the change in time to 1pm for the workshop initially scheduled for 6pm. Not great.

A great discovery with this cocktail workshop led by Baptiste! A fun and instructive moment, where you learn lots of tricks in a relaxed atmosphere. I really enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Definitely worth a try!
