Course of the activity (3h) :
- Preparation and poaching of choux pastry
- Making homemade vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
- Baking choux and chouquettes, tips for perfect texture
- Assemble and tastea large profiterole on site, with each participant taking home his or her own chouquettes and recipe sheet.
