Bring your favorite animal to life during this one-day animal sculpture workshop. You’ll learn the basics and fundamental techniques for creating the animal of your choice from start to finish using clay.

Schedule for the Day:

The workshop is divided into two parts:

Understanding Animal Anatomy: The morning is devoted to learning the essential techniques of modeling. You’ll explore animal anatomy to build accurate and balanced forms. Observing proportions will help you establish a solid structure and sketch your sculpture in a coherent and expressive way.
Bringing Character to Your Sculpture: The afternoon will be devoted to surface work and texturing to recreate fur, skin, or folds. You’ll bring your animal to life through its posture and gaze, while refining the forms, adjusting the volumes, and developing your style to make the sculpture vibrant and expressive.

An ideal workshop for discovering modeling in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
