Just a stone's throw from the Sagrada Família, step inside a shop and tasting room to discover Iberian ham, guided by a master jamonero.

Welcome to the tasting area and an introduction to the world of Iberian ham: pig breeds, diet, and curing.
A master jamonero will hand-carve the ham right before your eyes, explaining what sets each cut apart.
Guided tasting of 4 varieties of ham: Gran Reserva, Iberian de cebo, Iberian de campo, and Iberian de bellota—from the most classic to the most refined.
Pairing with 2 drinks of your choice: Spanish wine, cava, beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage.
Time to chat with the master jamonero and ask your questions.
