Just a short walk from the Sagrada Família, spend 1 hour and 30 minutes sampling seven types of Iberian ham, three Spanish cheeses, and a selection of wines, guided by a master jamonero.

Tasting Itinerary (1.5 hours)

• Welcome to the tasting area and an introduction to the Iberian ham industry: breeds, diet, curing, and aging.
• Hand-carving in front of you by a master jamonero, who explains the origin and characteristics of each cut.
• Progressive tasting of 7 varieties of ham, ranging from Gran Reserva to 100% Iberian bellota.
• Tasting of 3 Spanish cheeses, from the mildest to the most intense: mató, Catalan garrotxa, and ronkari.
• Pairing with a selection of Spanish wines: cava, white wine, and red wine, with each pairing explained throughout the tasting.
• Time for discussion with the master ham connoisseur.
