Sonia, a qualified sports instructor, will propose a range of sporting activities in the form of challenges and cooperative games, so that you can have fun and share a fun, unusual and convivial moment.

TEQBOARD, an unusual activity par excellence

Take part in an initiation to TEQBOARD and discover 5 different sports thanks to a curved table. You'll play TEQBALL (soccer), TEQVOLLEY, TEQIS (tennis), TEQPONG and QATCH (handball).

How does it work?

Duration: 2 hours in total - At home - From age 11 - Accessible to people with disabilities

On arrival at the activity site (indoors or outdoors), our partner will set up all the necessary equipment (45 min), then give you a briefing on how it works. You'll play in teams of 2 (1 vs. 1), 4 (2 vs. 2) or 6 (3 vs. 3) around different challenges: tournaments, championships, fun games, challenges, etc.
