Champagne Cocktail Workshop & Tasting in Paris

Discover champagne in a whole new way during a fun mixology workshop in Paris.

During this experience, you’ll learn how to create a signature champagne cocktail, guided step-by-step by Louis or Zoé, depending on the date. The workshop is designed to be accessible to everyone: no prior experience is required—just a desire to explore, taste, and have a good time.

Workshop itinerary (1.5–2 hours):

• The experience begins with a tasting of a flute of Velcarat champagne. You’ll discover the cuvée, its aromas, its balance, and a few simple techniques to better appreciate champagne.
• Next up is mixology. You’ll explore a bartender’s tools, the ingredients, and the fundamentals of a successful cocktail: proportions, freshness, acidity, texture, and flavor balance.
• After a demonstration, everyone will create their own signature champagne cocktail, guided step by step. You’ll learn the techniques, the correct measurements, and the little tips that will let you easily recreate the recipe at home.
• The workshop concludes with a tasting of the creations, a chance to chat, and sharing the recipe.

Depending on the date you choose, the experience takes place at one of our Parisian venues: at the Castor Club, our partner bar in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, or at our Salon Velcarat workshop on Rue Pelleport in the 20th arrondissement. The exact location will be provided at the time of booking.
