A guided tasting in "Salon Velcarat" format: elegant, warm and accessible, even to beginners. For 1 hour, Louis accompanies you in the discovery of two Velcarat cuvées, Brut and Rosé de Saignée, to learn how to taste, compare and leave with simple reference points (aromas, balance, service).

Course of the workshop (1h) :

• Welcome and preparation
• Essential serving gestures (temperature, opening, glass)
• Guided tasting: Cuvée Brut (look / nose in 2 steps / mouth)
• Pairing: Brut + snacking
• Guided tasting: Cuvée Rosé (comparison with Brut)
• Pairing: Rosé + snacking
• Conclusion: Brut vs Rosé, when to choose what + final toast
