Beer brewing workshop in Muret (31)

Discover the art of brewing by making your own beer at La Fabrique for an afternoon. You'll work in pairs to design the recipe of your choice from a catalog of 18 different styles.

Workshop schedule (5h) :

• Welcome of participants and presentation of the program
• Discover the ingredients and the different stages of production: grain crushing, mashing, weighing of hops, through to fermentation.
• Step-by-step guidance combining technical explanations, hands-on experience and tastings
• Guided tour of the brewery

Five to six weeks later, you'll be able to collect your production: 30 bottles of 30 cl (10 L).

At the end of the workshop, you'll be given the Brasse ta mousse booklet. It covers everything you'll need to know, and will enable you to start brewing at home if you wish.
