Course of the activity (2h30):

• As soon as you arrive, immerse yourself in the fascinating roasting process and discover how each bean is carefully transformed to reveal its aroma.
• Then let yourself be carried away on a sensory journey during a cupping session. Under Florent's watchful eye, you'll learn to discern the nuances between washed and plain coffee, Arabica and Robusta.
• You'll leave the workshop with a 250g bag of your favorite coffee.
