Discover the intoxicating world of coffee at a Savoie Mont Blanc Excellence-labeled roastery of organic and fair-trade specialty coffees in the heart of the Alps. Meet roaster Emmanuel, who will guide you through a unique sensory experience for an "Immersion in high-altitude roasting".

Course of the workshop (2 hours):

• Introduction to caffeology: presentation of the history of coffee, its origins and the different varieties that awaken our senses.
• Tasting of 4 coffees with different aromatic profiles: Explore the nuances and subtleties of specialty coffees during a commented tasting, highlighting the diversity of aromas.
• Introduction to the art of roasting with hands-on practice: Emmanuel will share the secrets of roasting, explaining the fundamentals and guiding you through the essential steps of roasting to release the most exquisite aromas. You'll have the opportunity to put this knowledge into practice with a roasting session under his supervision on our 1kg micro roaster.

You'll leave with 250g of the coffee you've roasted, as well as 250g of coffee roasted by your favorite roaster!
