Course of the workshop (2h):

• Introduction to selected gins : origin, production, aromatic characteristics and specificities of partner French distilleries.
• Presentation of accompanying ingredients (spices, citrus fruits, herbs...) and the principles of blending to create the perfect pairing.
• Creation of two signature cocktails under the guidance of an expert, with an individual workstation provided for each participant.
• Tasting of the cocktails, followed by a convivial discussion of the techniques learned and tastes discovered.
