Introduce yourself to the art of non-alcoholic cocktails at a convivial workshop in the heart of Bordeaux. Supervised by mixology enthusiasts, this workshop will introduce you to creative, gourmet recipes, perfect for impressing your loved ones without a drop of alcohol.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Welcome and introduction to the fundamentals of mixology : balancing flavors, types of ingredients, preparation techniques.
• Presentation of different ingredients (juices, syrups, herbs, spices...) and the best combinations to create harmonious mocktails.
• Personalized creation of two mocktails by each participant, using a station of varied ingredients provided.
• Time for discussion and group tasting to share creations and refine palates.

A workshop accessible to all, playful and inspiring, ideal for learning how to sublimate simple products and have fun in all sobriety.
