Course of the workshop (1h30) :

• Presentation of the three partner houses: La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec for gin, Maison Benjamin Kuentz, publisher of contemporary French whiskies, and Parisian Maison Edwart for chocolate creations.
• Introduction to the production stages of gin and whisky.
• Guided tasting: pairing spirits with chocolate. You'll taste 2 gins, 3 whiskies and 5 chocolates.
• Practical advice on how to enjoy gin and whisky to the full.
