Course of the workshop (1h30) :

• Presentation of the two partner companies: La Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec for gin & Maison Benjamin Kuentz, publisher of contemporary French whiskies.
• Introduction to the production stages of gin and whisky.
• Guided tasting: pairing spirits with cheese. You will taste 2 gins and 3 whiskies.
• Practical advice on how to enjoy gin and whisky to the full.
