Discover gluten-free beer brewing in a friendly workshop led by Les Biéronautes in collaboration with Camille sansgluten.

In a small group, you'll take part in the creation of a craft beer suitable for gluten-free diets, while discovering the specifics of this type of brewing.

During this workshop, Camille sansgluten will share her knowledge, experience and recipes for a gluten-free life!

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Formation of the group: participation in a collective team brewing around a gluten-free beer recipe.
• Discover the ingredients: explore the raw materials used for gluten-free brewing and their particularities.
• Creating the recipe: teamwork to develop a recipe for brewing gluten-free beer.
• Brewing the beer: Learn about the different stages of brewing, and how to use traditional know-how.
• Introduction to beer tasting: learn the basics of beer tasting to understand beer aromas and styles.

A few weeks later, you'll receive 3 x 33cl bottles of the beer brewed during the workshop, so you can enjoy the results of this collective experience at home.
