Dive into the world of craft brewing with Les Biéronautes, during a convivial group workshop at Le Grand Huit. In a small group, you'll participate in the creation of a unique beer, taking on a creative challenge based on ingredients and flavors to be discovered.
Workshop schedule (3h):
- Team-building: take part in a collective brew with a group of 8 participants around a different theme-challenge at each session.
- Ingredient discovery: exploration of the raw materials and aromas that make up beer.
- Recipe creation: develop a recipe imagined collectively by the group.
- Brewing the beer: carry out the various brewing stages to bring to life the beer designed together.
- Introduction to tasting: learning the basics to understand and appreciate the aromas of beer.
A few weeks later, you'll receive 2 x 75 cl bottles of the beer brewed during the workshop, so you can enjoy the fruit of this collective creation at home.
