Come learn the basics of wheel-throwing, a ceramic technique that uses the centrifugal force of the potter’s wheel to shape clay.
Workshop itinerary (2 hours):
- You’ll start with the first step in creating a piece: throwing a bowl or a cup.
- Our ceramic artists will then take care of your creations—firing and glazing them according to your color choices—so that the pieces you’ve created are unique and tailored to your taste!
- You’ll be able to pick up your piece a few weeks later.
Open to everyone—come discover this activity in a friendly atmosphere.

First experience in this field. Very interesting and pleasant workshop, very instructive, technical explanations given throughout the two hours. With the "teacher's" help, we'll leave with our own piece (which we'll get back once dry and fired, in 3 weeks). An initiation, an experience I'd definitely recommend.

I had a great time at the film workshop with Adélaïde! She's a passionate, caring and highly educational teacher. She takes the time to explain, guide and adapt to everyone's pace. You can tell she loves passing on her knowledge and sharing her experience. The teacher was great and took us step by step through the art of throwing. We made several pieces, one of which was chosen to be fired by the craftswomen (beige color). Note that there's another special enameling workshop with a choice of colors. Thank you :) :) :)
