Layla, better known by her nickname"Lilou", welcomes you to a lifestyle hotel in Luxembourg for a discovery of jesmonite, a new composite material combining plaster stone and water-based acrylic resin. Alongside her, you'll learn the art of creating Jesmonite objects.
Course of the workshop (1h30 or 2h):
- Selection of object shape
- Dosing, mixing and selection of pigments + effect
- Creative casting in a mold
- Drying and gourmet tasting. Enjoy a drink and a sweet treat during your workshop.
- Demolding and sanding for a beautiful finish
- Application of varnish to sublimate your creation
Several formulas are available:
- Discovery offer (1h30): creation of a small decorative object
- Initiation offer (2h): creation of a small and large decorative object.
The aim of this workshop is not only to introduce you to a new manual and artistic practice, but also to give you a unique experience alongside a passionate craftswoman.
