Layla, better known by her nickname"Lilou", welcomes you to a lifestyle hotel in Lyon for a discovery of jesmonite, a new composite material combining plaster stone and water-based acrylic resin. Join her as she teaches you the art of creating objects in Jesmonite.

Course of the workshop (1h30 or 2h):

Selection of object shape
Dosing, mixing and selection of pigments + effect
Creative casting in a mold
Drying and gourmet tasting. Enjoy a drink and a sweet treat during your workshop.
Demolding and sanding for a beautiful finish
Application of varnish to sublimate your creation

Several formulas are available:

- Discovery offer (1h30): creation of 1 object

- Initiation (2h): creation of 2 objects

The aim of this workshop is not only to introduce you to a new manual and artistic practice, but also to offer you a unique experience alongside a passionate craftswoman.

Great experience! Layla is very kind, a good listener and uses her expertise to teach us how to create quality jesmonite objects. A very friendly and caring group, with a snack break and lots of tips for practicing at home. I can't recommend it enough!

Great workshop, great atmosphere and, above all, beautiful objects created. We came away with... a mad desire to make jesmonite again and again!!!! Only recommendation for optimization: allow participants to choose among the molds offered, we have so many ideas and want to create that we want to be able to choose the shapes of creations😊 Otherwise too good thank you very much
