Over 2 days, come and design, forge and build your own knife, with Yann, cutlery blacksmith. Using all the techniques of the cutlery blacksmith, you'll see step-by-step the birth of your tool, and experiment with metal and woodworking.

Workshop schedule (2 days) :

• First day: presentation of the methods to be used during the workshop. Drawing and shaping the knife blank at the forge. Contouring, trimming and heat treatment at the forge or with a blowtorch.
• Second day: shaping of blade and handle at the back stand, prior to assembly. Polishing and sharpening, exchange and advice on knife maintenance.

With the hammer, you'll move volumes like modeling clay, and little by little you'll see your knife materialize before your very eyes !
