Do you love Kimchi and want to learn how to make it yourself? Then go ahead and learn how to make your own Korean Kimchi from a Doctor of Microbiology!

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Lecture on the healthbenefits of fermented foods. You'll also learn about the link between your diet and your emotions, particularly stress and anxiety.
• Then you'll get down to cooking.
• The objective? Sublimate a Chinese cabbage and transform it into a super fermented condiment!
• Biliana will take you through all the steps involved in making Kimchi, and explain the benefits of fermented foods for your microbiota.
• You'll leave the workshop with your own jar of homemade Kimchi, (almost) ready to enjoy! Fermentation takes time, and you'll need to wait 2 to 3 weeks before you can eat your Kimchi.
