Come and discover edible plants during a 2h30 cooking workshop. Join organic and vegetarian chef Natalia as she prepares a recipe using wild plants.

Course of the activity (2h30) :

• Presentation of the day's harvest and the plants you'll be preparing.
• In the kitchen, you'll prepare 3 to 5 delicious wild plant dishes.
• Tasting of the dishes.
• We'll send you an e-mail with the harvesting rules, recipes and plant information.

This is a great workshop for discovering plant-based cooking and the profession of wild gatherer.
