How it works :

• First, Biliana will give you a short theory lesson on the health benefits of fermented foods! You'll also learn about the link between your diet and your emotions, particularly stress and anxiety.
• Then it's off to the kitchen!
• The objective? Prepare your own fruit kefir from A to Z!
• Biliana will take you through all the steps involved in making kefir, and explain the benefits of fermented beverages for your microbiota.
• Kefir is full of probiotics, the microorganisms that are so beneficial to your health!
• You'll leave the workshop with your own bottle of Kefir, (almost) ready to enjoy! Fermentation takes time, and you'll need to wait 4-5 days before you can drink your first glass of fruit kefir.
