Come and discover all the benefits of fermented foods during a workshop where you'll learn how to create your own jars of fermented (seasonal) vegetables. Biliana, PhD in Microbiology, will be delighted to share her passion for better eating during this 2-hour workshop.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

  • Lecture on the health benefits of fermented foods. You'll also learn about the link between your diet and your emotions, particularly stress and anxiety.
  • Tasting of some fermented products
  • The aim? To enable vegetables from your garden (or from the market) to be preserved longer thanks to the fermentation process.
  • Biliana will take you through all the steps involved in making jars of fermented seasonal vegetables, while explaining the benefits of fermented foods for your microbiota.
  • You'll leave the workshop with your own jar of homemade fermented vegetables, (almost) ready to enjoy. Fermentation takes time, and you'll have to wait 2 to 3 weeks before you can eat your super little seasonal vegetables.
  • Biliana will be on hand to answer all your questions about fermentation and microbiota.
