Macaroons workshop in Bordeaux (33)

I offered this macaroon course to my mother-in-law so that she could really learn how to make them. The welcome was friendly and the workshop takes place in the person's home, which can be very pleasant. However, I was disappointed by the content of the course. Many of the steps were already prepared in advance (weighing, preparations), which severely limited the educational aspect. We had the feeling that we were simply taking part in a few gestures, without really learning anything. Given the price of €80 for two people, I was expecting a more complete and instructive workshop. In the end, the experience would have been similar to making the recipe at home.
