Sophie invites you to plunge into the delicate world of macaroons! A gourmet and convivial workshop, where you'll learn to master every stage of this emblematic pastry!
Course of the workshop (2h30) :
- Preparing the shells and learning the "macaronage" technique
- Production of ganaches (2 ganaches per workshop)
- After baking, fill and assemble the macaroons.
- Each participant takes home a dozen macaroons to enjoy at home, along with the recipe.
This workshop will leave you with homemade macaroons and a new pastry expertise that you can share and enjoy to your heart's content!
