Activity description :

Embark on a journey through nature , discovering the plants, minerals and insects that have helped us expand our palette of colors over the centuries. There are no prerequisites for this workshop, apart from the desire to learn a fascinating, age-old skill.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Walk to discover local plants used to make paint and charcoal
• Discovery of pigment transformation methods
• Paint production and artistic session

The aim of this workshop is to teach you the basics of natural dyeing and painting, from the identification of resources to their concrete transformation, just as painters did in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance!
