Course of the workshop (3h):

• Introduction to coffee and specialty coffees over a convivial tasting session
• Introduction to cupping, the art of tasting and evaluating the taste of coffee.
• Discovery of extraction methods, to master roasting according to a precise objective.
• Putting it into practice: after exploring every stage of the roasting process, from bean selection to sampling, you'll take action by roasting two batches of coffee.

This workshop will help you rediscover coffee: you'll learn how each stage transforms the beans into a full-flavored beverage .
