Shirodhara is one of the most powerful treatments in Ayurveda, Shiro meaning "head" and "dhara" meaning continuous flow. It consists in continuously dripping a stream of warm oil onto the forehead (or 3rd eye). The 1h30 treatment is preceded by a massage to prepare the body.
