Course of the activity (4h30):

  • You'll cook delicious vegetarian, gourmet and wild recipes (using organic ingredients to complement the wild plants).
  • Taste the dishes you've made.
  • You'll leave with the recipes you've made and tasted.

Aude's presentation: "Aude à la Nature" is designed for people who want to develop their daily independence, in particular by learning about wild plants, and tasting their delicate flavors. Passionate about nature, Aude decided to help people discover its abundance and pass on this knowledge to a wider public. She has developed a range of wild plant products and works with schools, businesses and private individuals. She has a project for an eco-environment that will house her workshops from 2026.
