Come and discover the edible wild plants of the Lower Rhine and learn how to transform them into delicious plant-based recipes!
Course of the activity (7h) :
- 2h30 immersive nature walk: discovery and identification of edible wild plants in their natural environment. A sensory approach and the transmission of botanical knowledge. Aude will teach you how to identify the plants you encounter, while pointing out the main areas of confusion.
- In thekitchen: you'll cook up some delicious plant-based, gourmet and wild recipes (using organic ingredients to complement the wild plants).
- Taste the dishes you've made.
- You'll leave with the recipes you've made and tasted.
Aude's presentation: "Aude à la Nature" is designed for people who want to develop their daily independence, in particular by learning about wild plants, and tasting their delicate flavors. Passionate about nature, Aude decided to help people discover its abundance and pass on this knowledge to a wider public. She has developed her own range of wild plant products and works with schools, businesses and private individuals.
Whether you're on your own, with your partner or your family, this fun, original and convivial activity is perfect for relaxing and learning more about nature. Aude, a passionate artisan picker, will be at your service throughout the day.

We had a wonderful experience! The day was very rich, with the morning picking part being very instructive. As well as identifying wild garlic, Aude gave us lots of advice on other edible plants and flower buds, which at first glance we would have classified as weeds... The 2nd part of the day was just as interesting: we were able to cook all our finds in a very plant-based kitchen, which we're not necessarily used to, but it was a wonderful discovery! Throughout the day, Aude was a great teacher, and you could feel her passion for nature in her words. Thank you again for this day!
