Come and discover the edible wild plants of the Lower Rhine and learn how to transform them into delicious plant-based recipes!

Course of the activity (7h) :

• 2h30 immersive nature walk: discovery and identification of edible wild plants in their natural environment. A sensory approach and the transmission of botanical knowledge. Aude will teach you how to identify the plants you encounter, while pointing out the main areas of confusion.
• In thekitchen: you'll cook up some delicious plant-based, gourmet and wild recipes (using organic ingredients to complement the wild plants).
• Taste the dishes you've made.
• You'll leave with the recipes you've made and tasted.
