In this convivial workshop, we'll prepare a series of finger-tip appetizers and mezzés: generous, colorful cuisine inspired by Mediterranean and world traditions. Each recipe is designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and delicious, yet easy to reproduce for future aperitifs with friends or meals to share.

Workshop schedule (3h30):

You will prepare the following recipes:

• Mezzés for spreading and eating.
• Soft focaccias in a variety of flavors (herbs, seasonal vegetables, olives, etc.).
• Hot and cold bites.
• Small flaky or crispy preparations.
• Elegant presentation ideas and tips for an appetizing presentation.

At the end of the workshop, it's time to enjoy the collectively assembled buffet in a relaxed, happy atmosphere.
